Diana. The huntress in Roman religion. Goddess of wild animals and the hunt, wild animals, nature, vegetation, childbirth, the Moon, and chastity.

In Greek Mythology, she is Artemis.

At her sacred grove on the shores of Lake Nemi in the Alban Hills, near Aricia, Diana was venerated as a triple goddess beginning in the late 6th century BCE.
