Loch Lubnaig is one of my favourites lochs in Scotland. On a still day the waters reflect the sky perfectly - a photographer's dream, especially in the Autumn. I have many happy memories of visiting this place with my family and wanted to capture this in this painting.
This freshwater loch nestles in the between Ben Ledi and Ben Vorlich and is part of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
I created this original Loch Lubnaig painting using graphite pencil, watercolour pencil, watercolour and silver ink. Painted on 300gsm watercolour uncoated paper.
Framed in a black 4X4 inch photo frame with an exact frame size of 5 x 5 inch and 1 inch depth.
